Therapy for the parts of your story that don't always fit neatly into words.
A warm, thoughtful space to explore relationships, identity, family, culture, and the experiences that have shaped you.
Healing begins when you feel truly seen.
Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or the complexities of balancing multiple cultures and family expectations, you don't have to do it alone. The experiences that shaped you don't have to define your future. Therapy can help you make sense of your story and move toward lasting healing.
Our Approach
At PAC, we believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from us. Treatment is tailored to your specific experiences, needs and goals. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on psychodynamic therapy, we work together to create a personalized path forward.
We specialize in supporting clients navigating 1st/2nd generation family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, relationships, cultural identity, and foster/adoption. We recognize that these experiences can influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. Our work together creates space to develop greater clarity, understanding, and meaningful change.
As part of our range of therapeutic approaches, PAC also offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy. Learn more about this approach here!

I’m honored to be featured as a guest author in the best-selling book Show Your Worth: 8 Intentional Strategies for Women to Emerge as Leaders at Work by Shelmina Abji, which was recognized as a Top #3 Amazon bestseller in the Women in Business category. Being included in this powerful collection of stories alongside inspiring leaders and changemakers is both humbling and deeply meaningful to me.
In the book, I share a part of my journey—highlighting some of the challenges I’ve faced, the lessons I’ve learned, and the values that continue to guide my path. My story reflects my commitment to growth and resilience, values that also guide my practice as I help clients embrace their own paths of growth and inner strength.
Show Your Worth is more than just a book—it’s a movement that empowers individuals, especially women and underrepresented voices, to recognize their value and confidently claim their place. I’m proud to contribute to this mission and to be part of a narrative that uplifts and inspires others to do the same.of balancing multiple cultures and family expectations, you don't have to do it alone. The experiences that shaped you don't have to define your future. Therapy can help you make sense of your story and move toward lasting healing.
