Meet the Team

Priscilla Abji, LCSW, M.Ed - #91112

Hi, I'm Priscilla, founder and licensed clinical psychotherapist of Priscilla Abji Counseling (PAC). I've been working in the mental health field since 2012, supporting teens and adults through life's challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care.

My approach is outcome-focused, warm, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Because no two people are the same, I tailor treatment to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a personalized path forward.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the unique dynamics related to first and second generation families, intercultural relationships, trauma, attachment wounds, and cultural identity. I also specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change.

Jamie (Jung In) Jang, AMFT - #161798

Hi there! I’m Jamie, an associate mental health therapist. Since 2021, I’ve had the joy of working closely with Priscilla, first as her administrative intern and now as an associate therapist under her supervision. Working alongside Priscilla has shaped the way I hope to show up as a therapist—with warmth, presence, clarity, and a deep respect for each person’s story.

As I work toward becoming a licensed therapist, I’m especially passionate about offering compassionate, culturally responsive care, grounded in healing and growth. I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual, honoring each person's unique story, strengths, and traits. As a 1.5/2nd-generation immigrant, I’m excited to weave the richness of my lived experience into my practice.

I work with modalities including EMDR, expressive arts therapy, parts work, and somatic approaches that honor the mind-body connection. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and support, creating space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Whether you're seeking self-knowledge, healthier relationships, learning to recognize and advocate for your needs, or something entirely different, we'll work together to honor your emotions, understand your inner world, and explore what lies beneath the surface.
